• what we do with that information and how we process it, and
• the rights that you as a Candidate have in connection with the personal information and job application materials that you submit during the process.

Personal Information means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Purposes for Collecting and Processing

We collect personal information related to you for recruiting purposes – so that we could assess your candidacy and suitability for a job with Kornit Digital, whether it is the position that you applied for, or other vacant positions, to be in contact with you during the recruitment process and to prepare to offer you an employment contract if we decide to hire you.

We also use personal information related to you for Kornit Digital’s human resources’ management in general

• to maintain Kornit Digital’s HR record keeping;
• to comply with diversity, inclusion and other legal requirements and to protect Kornit Digital’s legal rights;
• to combine personal information related to you with information such as criminal background checks (where permitted by law) that Kornit Digital receives from third party service providers; and,
• when Kornit Digital believes in good-faith that using personal information related to you is necessary to protect the life, health, safety or other vital interest of Kornit Digital or any other person.

Personal Information That We Collect

When you pursue a job opportunity at Kornit Digital, we require certain personal information to assess your qualifications, evaluate your candidacy, and maintain communication throughout the application and recruitment process. The information we gather encompasses, but is not limited to:

• Identification Details: Including first name, surname, title, date of birth;
• Contact Information: Such as address (street, zip code, country), phone number, email address;
• Eligibility Details: Including resume/CV, cover letter, employment history (employers, job titles, length of employment), educational background and training, linguistic capabilities, job skills, personal interests;
• Verification and Background Documents: Such as diplomas, certificates, national IDs, driver’s license, passport, social security;
• Reference Materials: Including job references and letters of recommendation, job salary/payment history, military records, titles and licenses, immigration visa status, security clearance, background checks including criminal history (where permitted by law);
• Social Media Profiles: Such as your LinkedIn profile;
• Personal Insights: Information you provide about your work and personality traits, such as responses during an interview, answers to essay questions, or details about your salary expectations and work preferences.

Additionally, when you explore our ‘Careers’ page, view job positions, or click on the ‘Apply for This Position’ button for specific roles, we and our third-party service providers collect data like your device’s IP address (indicating location), and other non-identifiable information used for analytical purposes. This may include the type of browser, browser language, operating system, domain name of the Internet service provider, web pages visited, times and dates of visits, and the content you access on and/or through the site.

How we Collect Personal Information

Should you utilize our website to apply for a position at Kornit Digital, our HR platform service provider will gather personal information pertaining to you on our behalf. Comeet Technologies, Inc., our third-party service provider, manages our job recruitment process (for more details, please refer to the “Sharing Personal Information” section below).

Interview Documentation and AI Tools

To support our hiring process, interviews may be recorded and transcribed using AI tools for documentation purposes only. Your participation is voluntary: you are free to decline recording at any stage without any impact on your candidacy. Recordings are deleted in accordance with this policy, and all data is handled in line with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information

Our justification for handling personal information about you within the EEA/EU is grounded in the following principles:

• Legitimate Interest: Processing personal information related to you aligns with Kornit Digital’s legitimate interests. It is essential for us to meet our hiring and employment requirements, assess the qualifications and backgrounds of Candidates, and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Legal Compliance: Processing personal information related to you is vital for our adherence to legal obligations, including compliance with immigration and employment laws and regulations.

In specific situations, we may seek your explicit consent to process personal information related to you for a job application (for instance, in some countries outside the EU/EEA, we must obtain your clear consent before handling personal information related to you during the application process).

Should we process personal information related to you based on your consent, you retain the right to revoke your consent at any future point (though this may impact our ability to consider your job application).

Revoking consent will not influence the legality of any processing conducted before the withdrawal and will not affect obligatory processing of your information under applicable law.

Your Choice and Consequences of Not Providing Data

Submitting an application and your job candidacy materials to Kornit Digital is a voluntary action. However, please note that providing the requested personal information is a requirement for the recruitment process. Should you choose not to provide the necessary information, we will be unable to assess your candidacy, process your application, or contact you regarding job opportunities.

Should you wish to withdraw your job candidacy after applying, you may contact us to request that we cease consideration of your application and delete your profile along with any materials we have collected.

The removal of personal information related to you and job application materials will be carried out in alignment with our Retention policy, as detailed later in this notice.

If your submission requires explicit consent for the processing of your job application materials and personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise this choice, please reach out to our privacy team.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Kornit Digital employs both Session Cookies and Persistent Cookies for a range of purposes, as elaborated in Kornit Digital ‘s overarching privacy policy.

Accessing Personal Information

Should you be eligible to exercise the rights of access, rectification, and deletion of inaccurate data, you may contact us at the designated link to request the exercise of such rights concerning the personal information we retain about you.

We will require specific credentials to verify your identity and will make good-faith efforts to identify the personal information associated with you.

In addressing your request, we will apply limitations as permitted under applicable law, such as protecting our trade secrets, confidential information, and the privacy of others.

Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we limit or restrict the processing of personal information pertaining to you.

• Right to Object: You have the authority to object to our handling of personal information associated with you.
• Right to Data Portability: Since we process your data based on legitimate interests or compliance with legal obligations, you do not have the right to have personal information related to you transferred to another controller.
• Right Not to be Subject to a Decision Based Solely on Automated Processing: While we may utilize our service providers’ automated platforms to identify suitable Candidates and manage their personal information, our decision to hire or not is determined by our HR staff.
• Right to File a Complaint: You hold the right to submit a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work, or in the case of an alleged infringement of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Retention of Personal Information

We store your job application documents and content for three (3) months after we have completed the job recruitment process for the respective position for which you have applied. We then delete the application documents from all our systems.

However, we will maintain a record with details about your submission of the application with us, such as your name, interview dates and locations, our decision whether to hire you or not and other relevant information, for archival purposes, to establish exercise and defend legal claims and if we are required under law to retain personal information related to you.

Retention periods can vary based on how long the recruitment process lasts and the time period between when you first apply and when a hiring decision is made in connection with your application.

You can let us know that you would like us to save personal information related to you for a longer period of time to take into account for future job postings.

Sharing and Transferring Personal Information

We may disclose personal information pertaining to you in the following circumstances:

• With Our Affiliated Entities: Sharing with any of our associated organizations.
• With Relevant Kornit Digital Employees: To facilitate your application and the job recruitment process, only to the extent necessary for recruitment purposes, and in alignment with this privacy notice.
• With Our Third-Party Service Provider: Including data processors that manage our job recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process, or any additional or successor providers assisting with the recruiting process. • With Legitimate Business Function Providers: Sharing with third-party service providers that perform legitimate business functions for Kornit Digital, encompassing the processing of personal information related to you. • With Law Enforcement or Other Authorities: Including immigration, health, tax, and national security authorities, when necessary to protect the interests of Kornit Digital or individuals.
