We’re looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Pro with a twist to take lead on the learning strategy of all business-related audiences. We need someone that can think strategically and execute programmatically. You’re able to build relationships within the Sales organization, identify gaps and opportunities and deliver the learning resources, and assets the team needs to sell successfully.

This person will need to connect the dots between solution knowledge, product marketing and sales execution and build different learning paths for different customer segments and needs.

 

What will you do?

  • Define & maintain sales team knowledge level to ensure they are competent & meet Kornit’s standard of selling.
  • Develop learning paths for new hires and existing sales employees.
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis within the global sales organization & translate it into actionable deliverables
  • Manage the LMS – track pre-work & training completion, set metrics and activities to engage the teams.
  •  Facilitate the creation of sales and marketing content and collateral to act as the “fuel” for the sales process by understanding the “field” needs.
  • Align with corporate marketing, product management, and go to market functions to maximize the speed of delivery and effectiveness of identified training and development initiatives

 

What should you have?

  • Exceptional communication skills, a creative thinker and solution seeker
  • Learning management and development experience of at least 3-5 years – have the ability to develop and execute virtual and instructor-led programs and training
  • Experience in instructional design, eLearning and social learning concepts – an adnavntage
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a proven ability to impact and influence a dispersed team
  •  Experience Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Passionate about training and coaching
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that build confidence and credibility. Highly articulate with marketing and business acumen.
  • Excellent in English – verbal & writing – a must, other languages an advantage
