This position will play a critical role in supporting the organization as it continues to grow. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious candidate that wants to develop and establish new processes, standardize reporting, and effectively collaborate with the business teams to help drive results. This is a high-visibility role that will work closely with key partners across the business and will report to the Manager of FP&A.

The ideal candidate is passionate about finance and has experience working with large data sets, budgets, financial statements, and financial models, and enjoys the challenge of transforming business questions into financial models.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed financial forecast models. Continuously analyze them to support business initiatives.

• Partner closely with our business partners on interpreting, implementing, and tracking financial results and operational KPIs and their impact on business initiatives.

• Proactively monitor changes to the environment, linking them to financial impacts.

• Constantly review and challenge assumptions, estimations, and outputs.

• Expand and elevate forecasting and modeling processes.

• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

• Develop analytical tools, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis for executive management.

• Understand and accurately forecast key cost drivers, understand, and articulate key variances to forecast and implications for future periods.

• Support business units with diligence and analysis surrounding the expansion of services, areas of growth, and efficiency.

• Identify opportunities and tools that will improve the FP&A process as well as business operations.

• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

• Act as a trusted Finance business partner.

• Assist in facilitating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, decks, and presentations for executive management.

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA (Finance, Accounting, or Economics major preferred).

• 4+ years of relevant experience (i.e., financial planning and analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, financial reporting).

• Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with BI tools, Salesforce, budget/planning systems.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Extraordinarily detail-oriented and able to translate big-picture analysis while never losing sight of the finer points.

• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Extremely curious - not satisfied with easy or convenient answers, drives issues to root cause.

• Independent and entrepreneurial showing the ability to work with minimal direction.
