Reports to: Brand and Sustainability Director

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

We are looking for an engaging Marketing Event Lead to set up and manage shows and events for a variety of industries. In this role, you will help conceptualize ideas for shows and events, liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders, and oversee the show operations. You will also be required to oversee the marketing campaigns and strategies for exhibitions.

To ensure success as a Marketing Event Lead, you should possess excellent project management skills and have good marketing and communications experience. A top-notch Event Lead has the versatility to organize shows for many different industries that Kornit is involved with, and the ability to solve problems under pressure and changing requirements and circumstances.

What will you do?

  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Strategy teams and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements
  • Research and present concepts and ideas to the stakeholders for feedback
  • Prepare, present and manage budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Secure the venues, planning the layout, and liaise with vendors to determine their booth requirements
  • Manage the booking and registration of vendors, sponsors, and guests
  • Arrange travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings
  • Promote the show through marketing channels such as social media, emailers, and advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate the logistical requirements such as security, equipment rentals, and catering services
  • Run the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are adhered to during the event

What should you have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Event/ Show Coordinator/ Specialist or similar
  • Good computer skills with programs such as PowerPoint, Excel etc.
  • Excellent financial management abilities
  • Highly charismatic and engaging
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Willingness to work long hours and on weekends and holidays
