What you will do?

  • Application Specialist (AS) is a member of Kornit Digital Customer Success Application Group.
  •  Main objective of that position is to enable print through professional services.
  • Act as the ultimate go to person for Kornit Digital branched and customers around the world for application knowledge and best practices, supporting post sales activities such as new products implementation, and ramping up customer production through empowerment training activities.
  •  Lead knowledge and training activities to the Kornit Digital worldwide branches Application Specialists & Field Support Engineers (FSEs).
  • Accountable for field escalations, providing Kornit Digital FSEs and AS with work plan in order to resolve.
  • Accountable to new and current products quality, usability and Total Customer Experience.
  • Carrying Kornit Digital customers voice to Kornit Digital Headquarter to continently improve products, services and Total Customer Experience. 

What should you have?

  • Computer / Engineering / Graphic arts graduate
  • One year of experience in a multidisciplinary company - an advantage.
  •  Excellent analytical skills
  •  Excellent English skills – speak, write, read.
  •  Interpersonal communication skills
  •  Adobe CC knowledge - an advantage.
  • MS office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Industry experience working for a Print Service Provider – an advantage.
