Kornit Digital develops manufactures and markets industrial and commercial printing solutions for the Garment, Apparel, and Textile industries. Our headquarters, in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Lead to assist the coordination of all AP-related duties for our Finance & Accounting team, from invoicing to bill reconciliation and more! The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and support services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate accounting and accounts payable operations. Duties & Responsibilities • Maintain AP general ledger and account reconciliations, AP and wires • Match purchase orders and invoices to identify and resolve all errors and • Use ERP to input and update all data associated with accounts payable invoices • Create and maintain vendor creation records • ACH and Wire processing • Solves outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and clients • Oversee company travel and expense reporting and reimbursement process, including corporate credit card • Key contact for investigations of all accounts payable issues or concerns • Assist with internal and external audits • Assists in accounting month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing processes • Executes internal controls related to assigned areas and tasks • Supports other accounts payable team, members • Works on ad-hoc projects assigned by Controller Requirements & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high growth environment• Knowledge of accounts payable and general bookkeeping procedures• The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail• Strong organizational and time management skills• Demonstrate problem-solving skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to set priorities and perform multiple assignments.• The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and awareness is essentialKornit Digital offers an outstanding compensation and benefits package, medical, dental, and life insurance; Investment Savings Plan (401K) with employer matching.
