Kornit, the leader in digital textile printing and distribution technology, is looking for a savvy, high-energy, and creative sales professional with extreme self-motivation to capitalize on the amazing equipment, SAAS, and services solutions that Kornit brings to the growing textile printing market.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

• Sales Development: Own all training and knowledge development aspects through a predefined 6-month program. 

• Pipeline Management – Engage with current pipeline opportunities for progression and collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager team. Own all aspects of digital and phone-based prospecting and sales development for the broader West Territory to deliver support and nurture of pipeline

• Direct Sales: Own all aspects of managing sales quota by growing defined sub regions through existing accounts and net new opportunities in Q4. This role is designed to be a hybrid sales role for ambitious sales professionals with dual objectives that support the West Territory prospecting and opportunity creation targets while also developing an emerging individual Region within the West Territory.  

The Sales Associate’s primary duties will include:

Support of prospecting and opportunity conversion, including:

• Coordinate with marketing to execute on-call lists, campaigns, in-bound inquiries and web traffic, as well as organic search & prospecting activities levering platforms like LinkedIn

• Disciplined phone work to develop opportunities and bring forward purchase cycles/timelines. 

• Management of engagement notes, actions, and follow-up activities to mine active lists, leads, and prospects for conversion to opportunities in Salesforce. Work to clean and update the current territory pipeline and contacts for the Broader West Territory. 

• Convert all opportunities with clarity and focus on: Need/ Time/ Money/ Space and Business Model

• Effectively transition these new opportunities to team members within the West Territory or to their pipeline within their sales region

Maximization of existing accounts by:

• Establish strong working relationships with existing accounts to maximize their overall experience with the company and their return on, and demand for, all Kornit solutions 

• Develop and conduct quarterly reviews with the top 5 accounts 

• Ensure clear annual plans are established for the top 10 accounts

• Ensure overall experience meets or exceeds the expectations of every customer

Development of new accounts by:

• Aggressive prospecting and lead follow-up to develop a pipeline sufficient to deliver annual sales targets

• Develop and growth prospects into opportunities and opportunities into new clients

• Successfully manage the sales process and multiple campaigns to ensure clearly defined need, vision, compelling ROI-based business models and proposals

• Network sell with other solution providers as needed

A successful Sales Associate will need to:

• Utilize Sales Force and sales enablement tools such as RingDNA for all account and opportunity-related forecasts, tasks, and activities

• Effectively network and collaborate with team members within the NAME Territory and Regional Marketing 

• Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, expenses, etc.

• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations

• Manage pipeline and forecasts on a rolling 3-quarter basis

• Accurately forecast

• Develop strong working relationships with vertical sales teams, business development, marketing, technical support, and operations teams

• Investigate and expedite product claims and complaints to resolve problems and recommend corrective action

• Keep the company informed on competitive information

Requirements for the Sales Associate include:

·        2 years of successful B2B phone sales or sales development experience is required

·        Bachelor’s Degree preferred

·        Formal phone sales development or sales training is required

·        Direct selling skills and demonstrated track record of success

·        Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and maintain a high energy level

·        Ability to build trust, vision, need, and financial justification for high-end capital equipment over the phone and in person is a must

·        Comfortable selling to C Level, Owners, Principals

·        Strong and creative financial selling skills

·        Knowledge of inkjet printing is preferred, and knowledge of screen or textile printing is a plus

·        Knowledge of print software solutions, including web-to-print and production software, is preferred

·        Demonstrated capability to leverage technical, application, and business knowledge to turn speeds and feeds into business and solution value

·        Fluency with Sales Force is preferred

·        High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, resilience and collaboration are critical personal qualities

·        Strong desire to build a career in sales and develop sales and business skills, and move into more senior sales or other roles within the company

·        Willingness to relocate is a plus
