IT Support Specialist – Regional role, based in Hong Kong

 Report to HQ IT Manager.

Role:

•          Act as tier 1 to any IT issues to on-site employees.

•          Install, deploy, manage & troubleshoot Laptops, networks, printers, and other IT systems.

•          Basic Active-Directory & Office 365 Administration.

•         Manage the Local Site Computer Assets.

•          Take part in IT systems deployment.

•          Manage Local Site Video-Conference Meeting rooms.

•          Work with Suppliers / Service providers for ordering IT Equipment and for Support.

•          Work under global Policies, Regulations, and protocols provided by HQ IT Team.

  • +5 Years of experience in a similar IT role.
  •  High-Level of Service and Support.
  • Previous experience working with Ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem management is a plus – Win Servers 2012-2016, DNS, DHCP, Active-Directory, GPO and Office 365 Admin Center, Exchange online.
  • Basic Networking knowledge.
  • Detail Oriented, organized including documentation and follow-up.
  • Ability to work off-hours during maintenance/downtimes and due to time-zone differences.

  • Excellent spoken and written English & People skills.
  •  Out-of-box thinker but also work by policy and protocols.
  •  “Can-Do” approach and a Team player.
