As the Technical Project Manager / Software Implementation, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and onboarding projects for Kornit Digital’s end-to-end enterprise workflow solution, KornitX. Assisting customers working directly from project kick-off to solution implementation and on-boarding; monitoring all project stages, milestones, timeline, effort estimation, responsibilities, commitments, and the overall project plan. 

Additionally, you will work with the professional services team assisting in the set- up and configuration of systems with each client’s unique requirements. The role will require close collaboration with Sales, Solutions Architects, Professional Services Development, and Support teams to ensure all phases of the implementation are successfully delivered on time and within budget.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join this leading global software company enabling its customers to have mass customization of products, on-demand production, and drop-ship fulfillment. 

This is a 30%-50% travel opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning the project from initiation to completion receiving signature to final release, ensuring both timely and efficient communication with customers, as well as solutions, are delivered according to plan

• Resolve any client queries, from initial conversation to resolutions, with collaborative efforts across multiple stakeholders/teams

• Coordinate the execution of acceptance testing, both internally and with our customers, to ensure successful implementation and going live on time and on budget

• Lead the document management processes for all client-facing documents, project plans, risk reports, and scope of work (SoW) 

• Successfully onboard customers making sure we deliver upon commitment with a high level of quality for all deliverables and oversight of any risk mitigation

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of project/account management experience in high-tech industrial environments and large-scale customers

• Knowledge of APIs and experience with software integration

• Demonstrated agile working practice and structured project management skills

• A flexible and creative, hard-working, innovative person with an analytical, problem-solving attitude, and proven ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility 

• Strong business acumen, demonstrated high-level customer service and top of the line quality deliverables

• Excellent oral, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills

• Resilient and thrives under pressure
