In the role you will handle multiple projects with various stakeholders, leading priorities and solving problems while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of OD and learning field. OD & Learning Lead (Maternity leave replacement – 8-10 months) Reports to: Global OD & Learning Director Location: Rosh Haayin What will you do? Leading the execution of org dev activities and projects such as: Performance and goals process, Employee Engagement Survey and correction plans etc. Influence and collaborate with HRBPs to support OD and Learning needs in business units. Executing global and local leadership development programs Leading growth & development initiatives and workshops for managers and employees Develop standard & innovative OD tools and methodologies and ensure best practices are leveraged and sustainable. Taking part in crafting change mgmt. plans, and coaching leaders through implementation. Analyzing people & processes data and provide meaningful insights Administrating OD & Learning digital platforms Managing Vendors partnerships and budget What should you have?Sharp and Intelligent with good analytics skillsA team player with collaborative approachTarget oriented professional with strong project mgmt execution abilities in tight schedule.Proactive mindset and adaptability to changesTech savvyStrong Excel skillsEnglish speaker with great communication skillsAcademic degree (BA and Up)2-4 years of experience as OD & Learning Specialist from global high pace companies – advantage Don't check all the boxes?
