Application Specialist (AS) is a member of Kornit Digital Customer Success Application Group. The main objective of that position is to enable print through professional services. Act as the ultimate go-to person for Kornit Digital branched and customers around the world for application knowledge and best practices. Supporting post-sales activities such as new products implementation and ramping up customer production through empowerment training activities. Provide onsite and remote knowledge and training activities to the Kornit Digital worldwide branches Application Specialists & Field Support Engineers (FSEs). Content of the training will include File preparation, color management, workflow, print quality best practices. Interface with Kornit Digital stakeholders to enable successful and smooth NPI. Accountable for field escalations, providing Kornit Digital FSEs and AS with a work plan in order to resolve. Accountable to new and current products quality, usability, and Total Customer Experience. Carrying Kornit Digital customer’s voice to Kornit Digital Headquarter to continuously improve products, services, and Total Customer Experience. What should you have? 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary company - a must.Computer / Engineering / Graphic arts graduateExcellent analytical skillsExcellent English skills – speak, write, read.Interpersonal communication skillsLove to learn and teachIndependent, ability to work in a teamAdobe CC knowledge - an advantage.MS Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint)Experienced in initiating, creating, and implementing processes.Industry experience working for a Print Service Provider – an advantage.Willingness for frequent international travels – a must.What in it for you?
