Customer Experience Center Manager (f/m/d) North London 

We’re currently looking for a skilled and experienced professional to develop Kornit’s Demo Center into best-in-class Customer Experience Center in compliance with Company Corporate Identity.

Our Kornit’s Demo Center UK is located in Hornsey area and hosts one Direct To Fabric (DTF) system, postprocessing equipment (dryers, cutting tables, etc.), different point of sales, application boutiques and corners.

You will work within the team of Application Specialists and Experience Center Operators dedicated to support Kornit sales processes, including production of customer print samples, technical reports, deliver professional product demonstrations, conduct Open Houses for Kornit’s customers and prospects and participate in industry Trade Shows. 

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Manage, control and improve pre-sales processes, production of customer samples according to Kornit’s quality standards and defined KPI’s
  • Ensure Customer Experience Center adheres to Kornit’s standards (Corporate Identity) for interior decorations, application displays, systems layout, etc
  • Maintain and develop knowledge about Kornit’s product portfolio, solutions and applications within sales enablement team and in the broader KDEU organization, with special focus on the new products
  • Ensure Customer Experience Center readiness to support new product introduction plans according to Kornit’s strategic roadmap
  • Manage supplies necessary to operate Customer Experience Center and work with maintenance companies to ensure equipment (compressor, exhaust, propane gas, ventilation system, etc.) operates according to specifications
  • Ensure Customer Experience Center meet local environmental, health and safety regulations


Required Skills & Capabilities

  • 3+ years in similar roles in high-tech industry, high-ticket product sales or pre-sales environment; preferred experience in printing industry
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Service Organizations, and with Corporate Functions (Sales Enablement, Marketing, etc.)
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills
  • Program and project management skills
  • Experience in the textile printing or fashion industry is a plus
  • 3+ years of successful people and asset management, preferably in a customer-centric, multicultural and global environment
  • Familiar with Operations and Lean Management
  • Full professional proficiency in English, additional language skills will be considered a plus
