We are seeking for an experienced manager in quality systems management, preferably in a production environment the capability to lead high impact program implementation and the interpersonal skills to motivate behavioral changes.

Location: Rosh Ha’yain with 2 days a week at our ink plant in Kiryat Gat

What will you do?

Develop Standards

  • Responsible for Quality management standards that will continuously improve the quality of our inks, consumables and printing systems
  • Work with the Chemistry & Hardware engineering teams to implement and maintain quality standards for Kornit’s finished goods.

Lead

  • Initiate and lead programs to create a sustainable world class quality culture. Communicate and engage people at all levels and roles.
  • Lead activities related to achieving or maintaining ISO or other certifications.
  • Analyze trends, identify and build action plans to improve quality , and present recommendations.
  • Manage the quality team.

Maintain and Improve

  • To be aware of all quality requirement and to be responsible for the outcomes and findings of all internal & external quality audits.
  • Conduct or oversee the investigation of customer complaints, ensure complete reporting and recommendations for remedial action.
  • Create and implement changes to improve current processes and reduce costs.
  • Manage the performance of detailed inspections of final products and confirm they are up to standard. Eliminate products not up to standard and seek root causes of the gaps. Manage and supervise workers in quality assessment tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets related to quality initiatives.

What should you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial management, or Quality related discipline (CQE).
  • Min’ 5 years of quality management experience at a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in team building and integration of Quality into successful manufacturing operations.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and it’s Implementation process.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles
  • Ability to effectively communicate, build relationships across levels and functions, and influence at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage, lead, and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Requires good written and spoken English
