Kornit Digital is looking for a results-oriented Accounting Manager to join their growing team.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing/completing all financial reporting of Kornit Digital North America accounting package which includes reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting package, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties

Major responsibilities:

• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts including AR, AP, Intercompany, expenses, fixed assets and revenue. This should include review, reconciliation, and trend analysis.  

• Examining and calculating revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP in collaboration with head office.

• Manage the preparation of reporting packages, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processes.

• Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, key financial metrics and actual spending against budgets/outlook.

• Drive and manage the full accounting team performance, including SOX testing and compliance during the close process to meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare various technical accounting analyzes, policies, and procedures 

• Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.

• Managing a team of up to 5 employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• Certified Public Accountant / CPA, desired

• Experience in Global Public Company

• Experience in High Tech companies preferred

• Advanced credentials such as MBA preferred 

• Reliable technology and analytical abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

• Position is at the US Headquarters in Englewood New Jersey - Hybrid schedule

• Prior supervisory experience, required
