Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

What will you do?

·        End to end responsibility for total customer experience (remotely or on-site) – mostly related to installations, configuration, operation and training of Kornit solutions and applications

·        Provide exceptional customer experience via phone, email & onsite

·        Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise

·        Establish yourself as a technical focal point and product expert – Inbound and outbound

·        Work closely with global service organization – product leaders, field service engineers, Ops teams and R&D

·        Represent the voice of the customer, to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized & resolved

·        Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase article library

·        Travel upon need – about 70%

What Should you have?

·        Bachelor's degree / Practical Engineer in the field of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

·        Willingness and availability (including a valid US visa) to travel frequently (upon need, 70%) and work night shifts – a must.

·        Self motivated and Passionate about technical problem solving, great troubleshooting skills and the ability to visualize problems remotely

·        Excellent Customer orientation, customer facing experience - an advantage

·        Excel and PowerPoint knowledge - an advantage

·        An ability to be agile and work well under pressure and ambiguity

·        A quick learner, creative with a can-do attitude that can work independently or as a part of a team

·        A great communicator, verbally and in writing, English fluency – a must
