We’re looking for an experienced Business Enablement professional who will connect the dots between solution knowledge, product marketing and sales execution. In this position you will equip our sellers with effective and efficient tools that help the business teams scale up and make the team more productive and, as a consequence, increase sales.  

What will you do?

  • Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with Sales reps, Product and Marketing teams
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing and Product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Support the company’s strategic pillars and new product introductions with relevant training programs
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to SMEs: hands-on work with SMEs/PMMs on periodical product refreshers, competitive updates, win/loss analysis sessions etc.


What should you have?

  • At least 3-5 years of learning management and development experience in the field of Sales/Marketing from a global company
  • Exceptional communication skills, a creative thinker and solution seeker
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and build internal relationships with Sales and Marketing and have cross-cultural experience
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a proven ability to impact and influence dispersed teams
  • Highly articulate with marketing and business acumen
  • Excellent English – verbal & writing – a must; other languages - an advantage
  • Experience working in fast-growing companies – an advantage
  • Vendor and consultants’ management – an advantage
