Click to learn more > www.kornit.com Reports to: Business Operations Manager Summary: We’re looking for a data-driven, self-motivated and creative individual with strong operational, commercial, and analytical experience. In this cross-functional role, you will support forecasting, operations and deal execution, analysis, reporting, processes, and systems. What will you do? • Support global data collection, forecasting, planning and processes used within the global sales organization. • Manage operation planning and prioritization process, coordinating globally the delivery executions between sales, production and logistics. • Work with manufacturing teams on product demand, availability and lead time to delivery. • Serve as Global Focal point for sales ERP system requirements, maintain and improve data integrity within the system. • Collaborate with IT in the implementation of new/improved ERP modules & processes facilitating the business’ needs. • Proactively monitor and report on business KPIs. • Promote work process with the cooperation of finance teams for quarterly audits and support auditing compliancy checks with documents and reports. • Work closely with the Global Operations Teams while supporting day-to-day inquiries, providing prompt and efficient resolutions and ensuring smooth and productive performance. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree• 3-5 years of experience in sales operation role. Both commercial and operational experience – strong advantage• Strong analytical skills• Familiarity with ERP systems, Oracle an advantage• Experience using Salesforce.com - advantage• Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight deadlines• Strong Excel knowledge• Planning abilities, detail-oriented• High accountability• Good interpersonal skills• A proactive “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment• English - fluent in writing and speaking – a mustDon't check all the boxes?
