The Inventory Control Specialist will monitor and align company inventory, interpret and analyze large amounts of inventory data daily, and investigate and flag any misalignment to our 3PL and Amazon consignment Warehouse. 

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory control and accuracy for the facility, including, but not limited to, maintaining the physical inventory and improving controls

• Execute daily inventory analysis; identifying and resolving discrepancies and problems

• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock level, and adjustments daily, showing all the gaps, and prepare a recovery plan to support Consignment Warehouses

• Oversee the stock item master list to identify incorrect descriptions and stock numbers

• Recognizing signs of operational problems and executing the cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy

• Ensures inventory milestones and goals are met

• Traces the history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions 

• Keep supplies in balance to alleviate inefficiencies or surplus stock

• Work with logistics specialist to make sure all stock is inbound and available for shipping

• Daily meetings with our consignment to discuss inventory discrepancies and potential inventory problems

• Evaluate bi-monthly the bad goods and forward the potential list for disposal 


• 5-7 years of related experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excel expertise

• Experience with Oracle

• Attention to detail and quality

• Fast executer, accountable, and highly committed to deadlines

• Proactive and productive
