We are looking for a talented leader who will be part of Kornit’s IT organization and leadership team. You will manage all business applications disciplines (4 teams: ERP, CRM, BI and Web), and work with various teams in the company and within the IT department, both locally and abroad.

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

What will you do?

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Business analysis and requirements definition
  • Applications development and integration
  • Testing within application development projects, as well as the integrity of testing activities across all IT system changes
  • Applications support – developing the application maintenance and support capability, either directly or via third party support agreements.
  • Supplier management – commercial communications, and the management of the relationship with applications suppliers, as well as measuring supplier performance and influencing the identification of external partners


What should you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the same or similar role
  • 5 years of solution delivery and IT Service Management
  • Experience with applications implementation and support
  • Strong foundation and experience in Oracle ERP or Salesforce
  • Experience delivering multiple complex technical solutions at the enterprise level and an understanding of the foundational cycles of solution implementation
  • Experience reviewing and critiquing both functional and technical designs
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients and developing training materials and end-user training
  • A passion for Service Improvement
  • Experience managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
  • Service management or support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
  • Familiarity with ITIL disciplines
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
