The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for Kornit Digital will provide holistic and robust financial management functions including budgeting, forecasting, special initiatives, and tracking for business partner functions. The position serves as the lead “Business Partner” and liaison between FP&A and all Kornit leaders and functions.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding analysts regarding short and long-term Planning Process Management and Forecasting

• Create and present to management a quarterly deck detailing internal drivers and financial metrics of the business and focus areas 

• Generating monthly reporting and commentary for management

• Partner business functions to plan and analyze key performance indicators, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting, analyze financial results and variances, assess business performance and risks, and communicate key messages 

• Identify and track trends, and metrics that drive business performance and deliver synthesized analytical insights to highlight key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities

• Conduct Ad Hoc analytics on key topics using financial, business intelligence, and other data sources and systems

• Hire, train, and develop the finance team to meet company financial analysis needs

• Design, deploy, manage, and improve budgeting and planning policies, procedures, and reporting, driving sound use of company resources towards optimal growth for the company.

• Design and oversee maintenance and improvements of financial analysis tools and systems, including driving automation of routine finance functions

Qualifications:

• Completed bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferred

• 7+ years of relevant experience i.e., financial planning and analysis, investment banking, corporate finance

• 3+ years of managerial experience

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other systems: ERP, CRM, and BI tools

• Apply analysis, know-how, and project management skills to drive the formulation and delivery of impactful financial recommendations to senior leadership

• Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving.

• Proven ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA.
