Kornit Digital develops manufactures and markets industrial and commercial printing solutions for the Garment, Apparel, and Textile industries. Our headquarters, in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to assist the coordination of all Accounts Payable related duties for our Finance & Accounting team, from invoicing to bill reconciliation. 

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate accounting and accounts payable operations. Accounting responsibilities include maintaining AP general ledger and account reconciliation. Key responsibilities include maintenance of vendor records, invoicing input and payment processing, interacting with other departments of the company, vendors, and agents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Wires Payable reconciliation

• Match purchase orders and receivers to invoices. Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve them before processing 

• Input/data entry in ERP (A/P Invoices)

• Vendor creation and updating records

• ACH and Wire processing

• Solves outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and clients

• Travel & Expense reporting and reimbursement process and its reconciliation, including corporate credit card

• Investigates A/P issues or concerns and responds promptly

• Provide assistance with internal and external audits

• Assists in accounting month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing processes

• Executes internal controls related to assigned areas and tasks

• Supports other accounts payable team, members

• Works on ad-hoc projects assigned by Controller

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high growth environment

• Knowledge of accounts payable and general bookkeeping procedures

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to set priorities and perform multiple assignments.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and awareness is essential
