 Reports to: Global Internal Communication, CSR & Employer Branding Director

Location: Parc Afek Rosh Ha’ayin

In this role, you will be part in building our internal communications strategy and bring it to life. You will communicate our vision, platform, and employee stories in ways that educate, inspire, engage and unite our growing workforce across our HQ & global offices. You will report to the Global Internal Com, CSR & Employer branding Director in our Israel office but work cross-functionally, partnering closely with the broader HR Team, Senior Leadership, People Operations, and other various teams and functions across all geographies.

The ideal candidate has proven experience leading communications execution around organizational changes, culture, and has a track record of elevating day-to-day internal communications to be engaging and insightful. To succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines.

What will you do?

  • Responsibility for the execution of the internal communications work plan in Kornit comprised from on-going communication efforts, cross-company campaigns & specific initiatives.
  • Drive effective and inspiring communication between managers and employees within the organization: engage the employees, provide clarity on Kornit’s business strategy, strengthen our culture and promote pride and spirit.
  • Building and driving the communication plan around HR arena – change management, performance management, people development, employee satisfaction survey etc.
  • Working with managers to promote effective internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Managing and executing through multiple platforms including Social media, HR portal, Newsletter tool and mailers.
  • Leading communication projects across their lifecycle- from initiation to execution and adoption.
  • Leading different initiatives around employee engagement.
  • This role requires the ability to think strategically, develop globally and execute flawlessly. 

What should you have?

  • Experience creating and managing internal communications narratives and ability to effectively communicate via presentations, scripts, emails, digital media, and other communications platforms.
  • Passion for creative writing and presentation, both in written form and visual form such as presentations and digital media
  • Academic education in Communications and/or Organization Development or HR fields
  • Ability to collaborate with and across professional focal points within the organization: leadership and management members, HR teams, marketing teams, studio designers, etc.
  • Native-level English, both speaking and writing- A must
  • Attention to detail- A must
  • Good organizational and time-management skills- a must
