Reports to: Kornit X Platform General Manager 

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom 

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! 

As a BI Analyst you will help create data-driven strategies that maximize proficiency and productivity with our products and services. You will work with our product and management teams to mine data, display KPIs, develop analytics tools and deliver them to our customers and staff.

What will you do? 

  • Understand our software platform and design data end points 
  • Develop KPIs to measure both business performance, industry trends and software usage 
  • Monitor analytics and metrics results, perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies 
  • Build interactive dashboards to allow both staff and customers to identify best network partners – our GFN product 
  • Work closely with customers and our team, to develop business intelligence reports and dashboards 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions 
  • Perform deep analysis of issues and develop solutions 
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals 
  • Collaborate, train and provide technical support to the business users on our different BI products 


What should you have? 

  • Ideally, a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Computer Science with specialism in information systems 
  • At least 3 years of experience in BI analytic systems 
  • Very Good knowledge in Power BI 
  • Ability to write code and create DAX measures - an advantage 
  • Data driven person with proven analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience integrating new software and programs to data services 
  • Highly familiar with databases, data analysis, SQL language and complex stored procedures 
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Highly motivated and proactive problem solver
