  • Reports to: Director Service KDEU
  • Location: Poland

In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery for Kornit customers and channels in the polish territory. You will actively support and lead our Remote and Field Engineers Team which covers the polish market. Managing team performance, expenses and development complete your profil in our international team.

Scope & Responsibilities

  • E2E accountability for Kornit direct customers and channels experience and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the overall service delivery for Kornit customers and channels according to SLA/contracts.
  • Drive service P&L and revenues growth, contracts penetration through common practices and guidance of EMEA leadership.
  • Manage service team performance and expenses. Provides coaching and sets the tone for engagement.
  • Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues.
  • Understand and drive specific actions to decrease on-site visits and material consumption to achieve budget targets.
  • Drive up to date knowledge updates and close knowledge gaps in the field.
  • Support business escalation efforts with technical analysis


Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Leadership and managerial experience – > 10 years
  • Formal technical education [BSc or equivalent]
  • Technical analysis skills and experience - Must
  • Statistics and data analysis
  • Presentation skills – written and verbal
  • Team work and collaborative approach to work in a complex matrix environment of field, functions, HQ and sales.
  • Open for new learnings and tasks.
  • Project management skills
  • ~ 50% travel, mainly within the region.
