Reports to: Global Business Application Director

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’Ayin

As part of our new PLM selection and implementation process, we are looking for a Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) Implementer. The PLM Implementer will work collaboratively to combine business requirements and software’s capabilities and select the optimized tool set in alignment with PLM road map in Kornit.

The PLM Implementer will support the development and deployment of PLM system throughout the organization. As part of his daily routine, he will work with various teams in the company and within the IT department, both locally and abroad, including working with external vendors.

What will you do?

In this position, you will be responsible for:

·     Be a part of a project team to select and implement a PLM system

·     Provide day-to-day support to the PLM processes, document all aspects of the system (including testing and training), and ensure consistency of

material master data fields in PLM with other systems.

·     Integrate PLM software with SolidWorks, OrCad, and Oracle ERP (validate BOMs, revision control, ECOs (engineering change orders) processes, etc.

·     Collaborate with PLM vendor’s support team, monitor and review system performance.

·    Generate reports, analyze data, and present conclusions that give the team visibility on product releases, change statuses, and effective dates.

·    Manage a product’s structured bill of materials, including both electrical & mechanical parts.

· Handle integrations with existing engineering design tools and CAD programs.

What should you have?

·     Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, or Supply Chain Management

·     Experience with PLM Software in customer environments

·     3-5 years experience with PLM tools, manufacturing, supply chain operation or engineering, product master data, specifications management

·     Knowledge of the product development process, material specification data, and product BOM structures.

·     Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to both technical teams and business functions across multiple levels.

·     Self-motivator and strong drive for achievement.

·     Ability to multi-task and work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities.
