We are now inviting dedicated professional to join our technical team in Japan.

As Customer Success Engineer You will take part in our global team, and ensure our customers based systems are at maximum level of performance and produce customized garments at the highest standards.

Based in: Kanagawa, near Yokohama, or Tokyo, Japan

What Will You Do? 

  • Overall, provide excellent support to Kornit’s customers and partners
  • Responsible for installation, maintenance, repairs & upgrade of a range of Kornit equipment
  • Responsible for hardware and operation training
  • Ensure and support company to reach quality targets
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with current and potential customers, respond to enquiry and complaint, and keep abreast of market conditions and future developments
  • Update service status in service management system and service priority management

What Should You Have?

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in field engineering positions servicing complex electro-mechanical devices
  • Knowledge of industrial inkjet technology, RIP/color theory and materials/chemicals used in the printing industry, experience in textile printing would be helpful
  • Great customer orientation, care, a doer with a can do attitude, and
  • A perfect communicator
  • Required language skills: Japanese, fluent English (written and spoken)
