The Inventory Specialist and Service Support professional’s main responsibility will be to monitor and alignment of our company’s inventory. Performing daily analysis, ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data. investigate and flag any misalignment to our 3PL and customer consignment warehouse. Ability to support and give after-hours service to our customer success department. This person will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and control customer consignment warehouse inventory

• Keep supplies in balance, so there would be no inefficiencies or surplus stocks.

• Manage the preparations for the quarterly & yearly stock count

• Create a weekly spot check for inventory 

• Monitor mainly customer service calls and work with service engineers to align the pending records

• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock level, and adjustments daily, showing all the gaps and prepare a recovery plan with lessons learned to support consignment warehouse

• Working with logistics specialist to make sure all stock was inbound and available for shipping to our sites

• Make sure our stock is located under the right area and is part of our count.

• Daily meetings with our consignment to discuss inventory discrepancies and potential inventory problems

• Once 2 weeks evaluate the bad goods and forward the potential list for disposal

• Any other duties as assigned by management

• Support service after-hours activity, a few hours a week

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Excel expertise

• Proven ability to work with service technicians 

• 10% travel required

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Sense of urgency

• Can perform thorough investigation till clear results

• Very organized and dedicated person
