The Demand Generation Specialist plays an integral role in growing Kornit Digital’s customer base. Your job is to contribute to generating high-quality leads and opportunities across our key market segments while identifying new channels, tactics, and campaign strategies to maximize our demand generation ROI. We’re looking for a driven marketer with a hunter mentality who measures success not by the volume of leads generated but by the quality and value of the leads and opportunities created to support sales targets. This person lives & breathes demand generation planning and tactical execution, with a watchful eye on pipeline and revenue and a keen interest in collaborating with our direct and indirect sales channels. Responsibilities: • Actively contribute to the creation of a B2B demand gen machine that integrates content marketing across all channels to drive lead generation and sales opportunity conversion • Become fluent in audience segmentation and ABM strategy to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion • Support overall and lead specific Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts to deliver on internal KPIs • Be a key player in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns from goal setting to outcome analysis, develop and manage campaigns mapped to each stage of the buyer’s journey • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to develop messaging and supporting content that inspires action • Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness to maximize first visit-to-activation conversion • Participate in the planning & execution of Regional Media Buying in partnership with HQ Marketing teams • Monitor inbound and existing database leads and partner with Sales teams to orchestrate “the next best engagement” through email marketing, nurture, outbound, and other available marketing programs (ABM, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) • Collaborate with campaign owners, content creators, marketing/event coordinators, and sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead engagement and progression process. • Lead the regional market analysis to ensure a clear understanding and application of the Demand Generation Strategy and efforts *This is a hybrid opportunity. Requirements:• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing and (B2B) demand generation with demonstrated successes• Strong market analysis skills• Understanding and hands-on use of a marketing automation platform, Salesforce.com, and Google Analytics – building campaigns, landing pages, emails• Strong communication and writing skills.; some copywriting and art direction required • A clear understanding of ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes • Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes• Strong working knowledge of B2B technology and SEO/SEM best practices• Advanced knowledge of lead scoring and lead nurturing best practices• Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to turn data into marketing intelligence and action-oriented analysis• Ability to think critically and communicate complex information to management, including forecasts, outcomes, and trends• Must be self-motivated, high energy, creative with a strong bias to execution and focus on results.
