The Service Contract Specialist will draft and review contractual agreements between Kornit and the suppliers of products and services. While drafting agreements, this Specialist will be evaluating bids, preparing contracts, and negotiating the terms of agreements.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafts and reviews service agreements

• Ensures renewals of yearly service agreements on a quarterly basis

• Focuses on customer service and retention to prevent agreement cancellations

• Acts as a liaison internally with the Parts Department, Order Management, Customer Success Managers, and Sales when necessary to assist with the customer’s resolve of technical, ink, and agreement issues

• Assists in coordinating the sales of site contracts 

• Compiles service contract renewal data (Wins and Losses) on a quarterly basis

• Converts customers from legacy contracts to customer empowerment contracts

• Enters in dryer warranties and contracts according to Price Quotations into CRM system

• Performs other duties as assigned or required


•   Bachelor’ degree preferred

•   1-2 years related experience required

•   MS Excel experience required

•   Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

•   Excellent time management and organizational skills

•   Attention to detail

•   Strong analytical skills

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•   Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

•   Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity
