Our global sales team is looking for a results-oriented and strategic sales professional with direct experience selling to decorative services suppliers for polymer products, specifically in the retail and apparel industry.

As a Global Sales Director, you will be a working leader of all things sales for our poly portfolio with key accountability for revenue goals and business growth objectives, while partnering and developing sales team strategy, all while maintaining customer engagement.

Reports to: VP Strategic Line of Business

What will you do?

• Drive Kornit’s Poly Go To Market plans and strategy through high-level collaboration with different business units and partnerships within the global Kornit family

• Serve as the knowledge expert in Poly sales, leading all associated activities towards business growth

• Establishing connections and promote the Poly business within strategic customers worldwide

• Work daily within a matrix organization, interacting regularly with regional presidents, territory sales leads, and product marketing to achieve results of best in class product portfolio sales goals and objectives

• Focus on the voice of the customer to ensure the product portfolio meets the present and future needs of the customer 

• Work in a high-intensity environment planning and executing full sales cycle efforts to meet short and long term customer needs

What will you need to be successful?

• 5 years of proven experience in managing End to End global sales 

• Experience in selling equipment and digital technology to preferred sports brands and retailers

• Highly proficient in the field of textile, preferably print

• Demonstrate self-motivated, hard-working, innovation with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong business acumen and proven experience in financial planning and strategy

• Energetic change-agent with a knack for high touch customer service and the ability to thrive under pressure 

• Excellent oral, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills

• English fluency required, other languages, an advantage

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
