Reports to: Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

 

What will you do?

  • Work on a variety of positions, from different divisions and disciplines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Attend position kickoffs, screen resumes according to position requirements and conduct phone interviews with candidates
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other social networks 
  • Coordinate interviews and gather interview feedback from hiring managers and interviewers
  • Create an excellent candidate experience 
  • Work closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Take an active role in Talent Acquisition projects such as LinkedIn parties, Friend referral initiatives etc.


What should you have?

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Talent Acquisition field
  • CV Screen and phone interview experience
  • Strong sourcing experience and capabilities, familiarity with sourcing tools and LinkedIn Boolean search
  • High level English
  • Experience conducting HR interviews – an advantage
  • Energetic, motivated and result driven, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • BA in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent - an advantage
