Kornit Digital is looking for a Controller to support its business.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the business, financial and accounting concepts, exercise judgment and provide on-time accurate financial and managerial reports.

This position will be a strong resource for the local Finance Team as well as the global team.

The position will be assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, as well as implementing statutory and company accounting policies.

 

Reports to: Team leader Controller 

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

 

 Main areas of responsibility:

  • Liaising with other controllers to provide guidance and advice on technical accounting and group policy requirements.
  • Preparation of month-end, quarterly and annual reports and relative supporting workpapers.
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements (US GAAP) and other financial reports such as form 6K, SAAS100, 20F and other SEC filings.
  • Working with external audit team along quarterly reviews and annual audits resulting in successful completion.
  • Work with Internal auditors to maintain and design internal control environment including SOX 404 to ensure integrity and reliability of the financial statements.
  • Execution of implementing new ERP system.
  • Participating in M&As and public offering processes regarding finance systems and methodologies.
  • Assist the senior leadership in any special ad hoc projects or other projects as required.
  • Assist with all revenue-related closing aspects and take charge of the Revenue workpaper.
  • Review monthly and quarterly reporting packages of the subsidiary.
  • Work with the Regional Controllers to ensure all the subsidiaries financial statements comply with USGAAP and/or local statutory requirements as applicable and meet the corporate policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • CPA from one of the big 4 (Hi-Tech sector- a plus).
  • knowledge and solid understanding of US GAAP and SEC financial requirements
  • Team player with excellent communication and people skills  
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Excellent Excel skills (must) and Priority or oracle experience (advantage)
  • Accurate, with great attention to details, excellent multi-tasking abilities
