Our ideal person drives demand with the customer in mind. A person highly flexible, and adaptive out-of-the-box thinker. An experienced marketing manager who knows to translate customer needs into practical demand generation programs possesses analytical skills and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the Global Demand Marketing Manager, you will build a healthy demand funnel by generating quality leads, opportunities, and wins. This role means integrating a multi-channel, end-to-end marketing approach working with cross-department stakeholders. We are looking for a person with good interpersonal skills who can collaborate effectively with local, regional, and global teams to achieve our goals. In this role, you will be part of the global marketing team and report to the Director of Global Demand & Events. What will you do? The Marketing Manager is responsible for the brand go to market, campaign planning and development of marketing activities to boost the company’s awareness within its various audiences and generate demand. Build content strategy by audiences’ segment Plan and lead customer journey per segment across different touch points. work closely with the Regional Marketing, Channel & Alliances, Verticals, and Sales teams to identify the right messaging and support the region to develop and deploy impactful integrated marketing campaigns that prioritize customers and partners needs relevant to our key segments and personas. Responsible for global alignment on segment marketing strategy Responsible for marketing assets creation for new product introductions and launch campaigns Develop clear messaging and content for different products and activities Maintain and manage new marketing channels to drive new business to Kornit and reach the target audience. What will you have· Native English· 4+ years of experience with marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing· Account Based Marketing (ABM) marketing experience is an advantage· Deep understanding of demand generation, customer journey, and nurturing disciplines· Demonstrated success in leading growth and demand programs for a global B2B company· Track record of partnering with cross-department work scenarios· Data driven with analytical skills· Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced environment· Good communication skills and creative thinkerDon't check all the boxes?
