Sales Coordinator (f/m/d) EMEA

Your impact:

  • Support maintenance and funnel health
  • Proactively create, monitor & assimilate dashboards and reports supporting business KPIs
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, supporting day-to-day inquiries, providing prompt and efficient resolutions and ensuring smooth and productive performance
  • Support Regional Sales Managers with scheduling call & meetings with prospects
  • Contacting customers after installation for a “Check-Up Call”
  • Support with your proven skills for project and process management to continuously improve and optimize existing processes


Your expertise

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business or a comparable professional qualification in a dynamic environment
  • Comprehensive commercial foundations and a strong analytical understanding
  • Professional experience in sales support, sales controlling and operations
  • Salesforce experience is considered a strong plus
  • Teamwork, high self-motivation and high figures affinity
  • Interdisciplinary thinking
  • Good proficiency in German and English
