In this position you will manage and oversee all IT activities and aspects covering the full Merger & Acquisition lifecycle, from Due Diligence to Post Merger Integration. You will also build a Center of Excellence that will define the IT strategy, activities, and protocol for all current and future acquisitions. What will you do? Gather information regarding IT/Systems/Infrastructure/Information security risks for future and ongoing M&As, and provide readiness assessment and insights on the valuation and structural impact of the merger/ acquisition Provide support for IT due diligence activities together with the M&A core team and compile IT due diligence integration plans Lead all IT Aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, providing leadership, coordination, development and oversight of project management disciplines, processes and functions across IT teams Align with internal and external business leaders on all IT aspects and requirements to ensure smooth integration within scope and on budget Track and provide project status (through reports and presentations), manage the risks, issue and change resolution process, and work with IT leaders to take corrective action as needed Build an IT M&A Center of Excellence, i.e. develop IT integration strategy, create protocols and procedures, prepare relevant documentation, define standards and KPIs, etc. to be implemented in all existing and future M&As Ensure Kornit keeps up with industry IT M&A best practices; Maintain high performance levels and success rates of merger and acquisition activities for the business What should you have? 10+ years of experience in IT, at least 5 of which managing IT M&A projects in a global companyExperience managing IT aspects of the entire lifecycle of a merger or acquisition transaction (from Due Diligence to PMI)Experience making effective decisions through the analysis of information and executing themAbility to collaborate with internal and external business leadership, across IT functions, IT integrators and with Corporate Development stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience drafting reports and presenting to IT and company ManagementExperience managing external vendors and individuals
