Kornit Digital (“Kornit”) is seeking an analytical, highly motivated, and collaborative individual to join its growing investor relations team. The successful candidate will support the goals and objectives of Kornit’s Investor Relations department to enable the most effective two-way communication between the Company and its various investor constituents.

This position reports directly to the Company’s Global Head of Investor Relations and requires: 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting

• Strong analytical mindset, organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and urgency for achieving results

• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to synthesize information and summarize findings; Ability to deliver a strong first effort work product

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide accurate and timely information and services to a wide range of internal and external clients

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting Global Head of Investor Relations in all aspects of the investor relations program

• Develop and maintain reports containing analyst models, consensus estimates, pertinent research reports, and peer metrics, that enable the IR team and management to gauge relative company valuation and investor/analyst sentiments/expectations

• Conduct financial analysis and research to assist in responding to inquiries from the investment community as well as for other internal departments; Financial analysis includes analyzing historical performance of the Company and its peers, comparable company trading analysis and other ad hoc projects

• Assist in development and management of shareholder activity reports, internal KPI’ s and investor targeting processes; Monitor perceptions of the investment community on an ongoing basis and provide regular feedback

• Maintain CRM systems and responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and reports; extracting data from CRM and perform various analyses as needed

• Assist in all aspects of preparation for quarterly financial results reporting, conference calls, annual shareholder meetings, investor roadshows, conferences, analyst days, facilities tours, and other special events, including preparation of investor presentations and Q&A documents 

• Understanding and analysis of key drivers of investor decisions and market dynamics, including ESG initiatives and impacts; Assist in the development of sustainability report and other investor facing materials as required

• Collaborate with Marketing/PR groups to ensure consistent messaging; enhance and maintain corporate and investor websites

• Assist in the development and editing of press releases and distribute through GlobeNewswire. 

• Support the overall Investor Relations department on an ad-hoc basis. Assist with day-to-day needs and long-term special projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Investor Relations experience; Sell-Side or Investment Banking experience a plus 

• Must have a financial background and possess outstanding interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills. Must be flexible and adapt to change quickly. Must be able to relate well to senior management. Must be assertive and able to work with minimal supervision. Person must possess maturity, integrity, poise, and confidence.

• Must be extremely proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database extraction; Able to organize presentations in a way that ensures the audience understands operational and financial terminology, concepts, and key messages

• Experience collaborating across functional areas including finance, marketing, legal and corporate development; Ability to communicate and work in a team environment, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

• Strong organizational, written, communication and project management skills; Enjoys developing relationships; Enjoys working hard and having fun
