The Head of Service Operations role support the different functions and teams of the service organization. Leading the technical, admin operations, strategic accounts, and Technical Account Managers (KornitX) teams by overseeing customer service, design and implement strategies, policies, processes, and technology solutions to support the organization growth, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and achievement of financial performance.

The role will report to the EMEA Vice President Customer Success.

Your impact

  • Direct Management of Technical and Admin operations, Strategic Accounts Teams Managers and the Technical Account Managers team
  • Develop and deploy standard best practices and support models for KDEU service operations, Working closely with the Technical, Admin, SA and regional management teams for new projects and services
  • Establish close relationship with top Strategic accounts management to provide integrated service solution and leverage Kornit assets and capabilities to enhance SA performances and growth
  • Manages end to end the service operations performance, leading key business escalations  
  • Responsible for the achievement of SLAs/KPIs, for customers & partners Total customer Experience (NPS)
  • Responsible for financial management, including Operating Plan P&Ls, contracts revenue, billing, receivables, and cost management related to regional service
  • Supports the service regional managers, partners, and vendors
  • Responsible for change management
  • Responsible for overall Governance, including operational monthly / QBR performance review, establishing standard set performance reports and Dashboards, liaising with Procurement
  • Ensure continuous process improvements to support improved performance levels
  • Support Kornit growth, by working collaboratively & closely with the sales & marketing teams
  • Full Implementation of product life cycle management for KDEU
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve high productivity and engagement
  • Evaluate risks, and lead quality assurance and H&S efforts 

Your experience:

  • 10+ years of work experience in service management, including a minimum of 7 years as a people manager
  • Formal technical education (BSc or equivalent)
  • In-depth knowledge of service business operations and delivery
  • Comfortable working in a matrix structures, multi-cultural team environment that is changing as it is growing, with the ability to wear multiple hats
  • Experience in Product life cycle management, preferably with digital printing service experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Dynamic team building and collaboration skills are critical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills are essential
  • Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • English fluency both spoken and written, additional language is an advantage
