Managing the engineering team – chemical engineering, process engineering, instrumentation & control. Departmental budget & CAPEX management. Technical support at the production line with machines and equipment. Measuring outputs, faults in the lines, stoppages, identifying problems and solving them while providing engineering solutions and making constant improvements in the process. Setting Objectives & KPI’s and measuring them. Implementation of advanced technologies. Managing cross-organizational processes to improve product profitability, such as: managing negotiations with suppliers, examining commercial and technological alternatives, implementing improvements – automation, yields, quality, R&D cost. Experience with the production control system (WINCC) and the Oracle ERP system(cloud) – significant advantage Management of engineering projects, including the writing of process specifications for the mechanical and control systems, preparation of PFD and P&ID flows, preparation of estimates and detailed bills of quantities for bids, project management and leadership Responsibility for the continuous and quality production of the company’s products. Providing solutions to problems in the production process, product design improvements. Improving the production process and optimization – solving engineering problems in the production system, decreasing production costs, defining standard work processes and procedures, implementing advanced technologies for automation. PLC management at a company level of the consumable’s products starting from the NPI stage. Development of control and quality methods, improvement, and optimization for formulations. Configuration control management for the consumables (ECO, ECR, CCB, EOL) Working with many interfaces in and outside the organization What should you have? Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering / materials B.Sc - mandatory Relevant master's degree - an advantage Over 5 years of managing engineering departments Fluent English - expression and writing Significant experience in motivating employees and processes Background and proven practical experience in process engineering in a similar position at an industrial company - a significant advantage High technical abilities Experience in managing budgets and managing subcontractors Knowledge and experience in managing schedules, budgets, and risk assessment Personal skills?
