Kornit Americas is looking for an experienced regional VP of Finance. This position will be both a business partner to the regional president and responsible for the region’s financial and internal control management of the region, for supervision of regional IT, liaising with the Group General Counsel, and acting as a key contributor to the region’s commercial strategy and execution. The VP of Finance will define the processes and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support growth over the next 3 to 5 years and support the design of new business models to drive that growth. In particular, this role is responsible for successfully implementing and adopting the Oracle ERP (go-live January 1, 2023). The VP of Finance will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems and staff, including financial, accounting and internal control. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management • Direct the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting materials and metrics following US GAAP (and local regulations) and corporate policies and timelines. • Insures audit readiness at all times • Support business success with action-oriented financial analyses • Manage working capital and cash flow, credit and collections, forecasting cash flow, and funds availability. • Direct preparation of annual/multi-year/interim AOPs and forecasts; lead process within the region • Special projects as required by the Group CFO (including coordinating customer financing activities with Corporate Finance) • Manage budget and control expenses effectively. • Direct costing activities, analyses and control of customer success/logistics sites following Corporate guidelines • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (including trade, export control, etc.) Advises management of pending legislation and proposes response. • Responsible for the implementation of Group tax strategy (including transfer pricing). • Effective implementation of all corporate policies and procedures • Drive SOX implementation and improve internal controls • Keeps abreast of information and technology effecting functional area(s) to increase innovation and ensure compliance. Business Development • Serve as a business partner to the regional head on strategic, financial, commercial, and administrative matters and processes • Capable of handling strategic and complex negotiations with partners, customers, financing (leasing) companies and government agencies • Develop and implement cost saving initiatives and insure efficient and effective use of company resources • Key interface with commercial and operations teams – monitor KPIs and support achievement of financial and working capital targets (including S&OP) Management • Proven capability to take a leadership stance in an executive environment • Manage and mentor staff • Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff effectively.
