Kornit Digital, a leading-edge manufacturer in state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel industries is seeking a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be aligned with a Kornit territory and function as the key account manager responsible for all aspects of customer accounts in conjunction with the Kornit team, to ensure customer retention, product satisfaction, escalation management, and realization of all available Kornit products and services. A successful Customer Success manager will cultivate account growth, on-time deliveries, and continued engagement. Other Key Responsibilities for the CSM will be: • Primary point of customer contact enabling their growth and increasing revenue through sales of additional products and services, and promoting efficient and profitable deliveries • Utilize subject matter knowledge and your relationship with the customer to solve common and complex business issues, as the single point of contact for escalations and beyond • Engage in daily customer contact to best understand their business needs, their challenges, and partner Kornit’s offerings to meet business needs • Manage and promote different operational and business aspects and initiatives • Successfully work in a matrix environment, with multiple interfaces and multitasking Required Skills:• Bachelor’s degree and 3 + years managing large scale accounts• A flexible and creative, hard-working, innovative person with proven analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills• Able to quickly establish rapport, credibility and achieve trusted advisor status• Able to engage with diverse customers from production to key decision-makers, with a positive and collaborative approachKornit Digital offers an outstanding compensation and benefits package, medical, dental, and life insurances; Investment Savings Plan (401K) with employer matching.
