Remote Service Engineer (f/m/d)

Your impact:

  • Provide professional 1st level technical support to customers experiencing issues related to their Kornit Digital printers and application software using remote tools
  • Ability to trouble shoot and diagnose Hardware and Software faults
  • Reporting and creating technical documentation for statistics
  • Apply upgrades and product modifications as implemented by the product line
  • Ensure proper escalations of cases, follow ups and updates
  • Ensure continuous and professional communication in the team and with colleagues from other departments/areas of business 

Your expertise:    

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical position servicing electro-mechanical devices
  • Flexibility to travel for on-site service visits up to 20%, when needed
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in under pressure and time constraints
  • Good German and English skills are required, Speaking additional languages (French, Spanish) are advantage
