Kornit Digital is seeking a proven Sales Operations Manager with experience in developing world-class Sales performance and scalable regional operation resulting in high-level sales performance and efficiencies. This role requires a combination of operational experience and business acumen to manage all aspects of a Sales organization’s operations that support the performance, transparency, and predictability that the business requires to hit its targets.

The Sales Operations Manager will support the development and maintenance of a world-class go-to-market model and sales organization resulting in the creation of Kornit Digital’s best practices and processes across the region for all sales and customer management.  

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Collaborate with Regional and HQ Finance and Operations to constantly optimize the quality and access to business information

• Working with Regional sales and business management and HQ, Maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce platform including functionality to improve team, sector, individual selling, and account management effectiveness

• Optimize manage and maintain regional sales forecasting tools, processes, and packages to provide clear and insightful forecasts at the team, sector, and individual level

• Provide routine analysis on results, KPIs, and trends that enable sales and business leaders to better understand team, individual, account, sector, or product performance gaps, risks, and opportunities 

• Support pipeline reviews and analysis by working with sales leadership to develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards for team, sector, product, or individuals on a rolling 3-quarter basis 

• Working with the Aftermarket and Operations teams, developing reporting and processes to monitor and manage ink consumption, service contract renewals, and other key ongoing revenue streams and customer engagements

• Create and maintain documentation for the core sales process and best practices. Ensure sales team compliance with defined selling and account management policies

• Develop strong collaborative working relationships with regional and HQ finance, operations, marketing, and service to support effective day-to-day operations, business reviews, GTM and AOP planning

• Lead sales coverage analysis, territory mapping, and annual quota planning. Support and provide input to the annual commission plan

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance with 5 years experience working in companies directly selling high-end capital equipment, supplies, and services 

• A strong understanding of sales and internal business processes including sales, finance, operations, service, channel management, and marketing 

• Proven ability to work, coach, and enforce at all levels within the Sales organization 

• A strong background in Finance and operations including commercial business terms, order management, booking, invoicing, supply chain, and general business operations

• Part of working in a fast-moving environment requires the ability to take the initiative and execute well without the need for close management. 

• SalesForce.com expert and have experience in automating and scaling Excel spreadsheet-based reports into a set of global management reports
