In this position you will liaise with multiple matrixed peers as well as maintain great relationships with partners and suppliers.

Reports to: Global Fulfillment Network Director 

Location: UK

What will you do? 

  • Lead the regional accounts of fulfillers subscribed to our platform 
  • Partner with regional Sales teams to identify ideal fulfillers of on-demand goods and onboard them to the Kornitx Global Fulfillment Network  
  • Establish, implement, and support agreements, business conduct (audit) quality and SLA reviews and drive continuous improvement 
  • Identify new products and services solutions to meet the customer demand and oversee their onboarding 
  • Manage and improve BI infrastructures to support Global Fulfillment Network members’ data accuracy 
  • Create operational strategies and execute them 
  • Oversee the improvement of tools (e.g. financial planner, business performance reviews, etc.) to enhance profit opportunities 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute clear KPI’s 
  • Be the domain expert internally and externally to the on-demand fulfilment industry to ensure understanding of issues and identify opportunities for business growth 
  • Visit Global Fulfillment Network member locations and participate in support activities  


What should you have? 

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management for apparel or consumer goods 
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI Tools (Priority - an advantage) 
  • Ability to quickly understand new software tools and platforms 
  • Excellent English 
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to once a month) 
  • Expert level of understanding of business models and requirements  
  • Creative and resourceful approach to resolving issues 
  • Expert level of knowledge towards customer success; establishing a strong network with key decision makers 
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with matrix interfaces and leading stakeholders 
  • Highly self-motivated and self-learning team player  
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
