We are looking for a goal-oriented and process-driven person to join our Engineering department as a Project and Process Manager. The responsibilities of the Project Manager include tracking, monitoring, and aligning the day-to-day activities across projects, providing guidance on policies and processes, Lead cross projects and progress improvements. Collaborating with department leaders to promote cross projects.

To be successful as a Project and Process Manager, you should demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Project Manager should be well organized and able to work under pressure to support tight deadlines and ever-changing needs of customers.


What will you do?

  • Managing cross Operations projects
  • Be responsible for all aspects of Engineering and Operations Process including successful implementation of all templates, policies and KPIs while monitoring progress project targets
  • Lead and manages new PLM project from definition till final assimilation. Act as the Engineering knowledge center, interact with different departments to ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborating with all department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop Projects and Process deliverables.
  • Tracking project schedule and deadlines, enforcing priorities, and aligning cross-functional teams to various deliverables.
  • Managing the milestones of the project and ensuring team members are carrying out their deliverables/KPIs efficiently.
  • Analyzing data, critical path, financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Providing progress reports, executive dashboards, and budget outlines
  • Drafting new and improving existing policies and processes
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company commitment, adhering to processes, budgets, and meeting deadlines
  • Extensive communication with local and worldwide departments to keep projects on track
  • Conducting ongoing analysis and lessons learned activities.
  • Identify and implement supporting tools and systems to enforce process improvements




What should you have?

  • Industrial engineering/business management/process control management or related disciplines degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as process management /project management /operation management/ Engineering management
  • Deep understanding of Information systems design, PLM - Advantage
  • Experience at multidisciplinary company
  • Experience with industry-leading collaborative tools: Jira, Aha,, MS project, Teams, Power BI , SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and lead multiple matrix teams
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Independent, self-motivated, creative, good team player, a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
