The Director of Operations responsibility is to develop and implement the operations strategy for Kornit Digital Americas while maximizing customer experience.

Main Areas of responsibility:

• Plan, organize, and manage all Operations Department functions, which include supply chain, order management, and inventory

• Leads and ensures operational excellence and high-touch customer experience

• Responsible for Customer Experience improvement

• Partners directly with internal departments of Customer Success and Sales 

• Identifies and executes flawless logistics and warehouse strategies 

• Oversees inventory control management of 3PL warehouse partnerships and consignment inventory to minimize write-offs

• Manages, plans, and forecasts for all periodic demands of ink and spare parts 

• Manages logistics service provider accounts on behalf of Kornit to ensure maximized customer experience and cost-effectiveness, as well as high attainment of service level agreements

• Ensures customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full

• Responsible for leading, coaching and developing an operations team 

Requirements: 

• BS/BA in Business Administration or Supply Chain, MBA preferred

• 5-8 years of operations leadership experience at a US mid-size global organization, including 5 years of supervisory experience

• Proven skills in project and performance management as well as solid planning, reporting, analysis, and execution

• Solid use of ERP tools

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on orientation

• High analytical skills and experience with complex business analysis

• Matrix management skills and managerial experience

• Customer-facing capabilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 

• Resilience and an ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-growing and dynamic work environment
