We are looking for a goal-oriented and process-driven person to join our Products groups as a PLC Manager. The responsibilities of the PLC Manager include tracking, monitoring, and aligning the day-to-day activities across projects, providing guidance on PLC policies and processes, overseeing project teams progress, and collaborating with department leaders to develop risk mitigation strategies.

To be successful as a PLC Manager, you should demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch PLC Manager should be well organized and able to work under pressure to support tight deadlines and ever-changing needs of customers.

What will you do?

  • Managing the PLC processes by providing guidance and oversight to relevant project teams throughout the product life cycle (from ideation to sunset)
  • Be responsible for all aspects of PLC including successful implementation of all templates, process, policies and KPIs while monitoring progress project targets
  • Collaborating with all department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop PLC deliverables throughout the phase-gate process and as part of existing agile methodologies
  • PLC master planning, including tracking deadlines, enforcing priorities and aligning cross functional teams’ to various deliverables
  • Overseeing the PLC milestones of the projects and ensuring that team members are carrying out their deliverables/KPIs efficiently while upholding the company’s PLC framework
  • Analyzing gate readiness data, critical path, financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
  • Providing progress reports, executive dashboards and budget outlines
  • Drafting new and improving existing PLC policies and processes
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company commitment, adhering to processes, budgets, and meeting deadlines
  • Accurately documenting the projects conflict resolution strategies, change management and communication plan
  • Schedule, manage, and follow up on gates reviews decisions
  • Extensive communication with local and worldwide RD departments, operations, marketing, field, and others to keep projects on track
  • Conducting on going analysis and lessons learned activities
  • Identify and implement supporting tools and system to enforce process adherence

What should you have?

  • University graduate industrial engineering/business management/process control management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as process management /project management /operation management/ R&D management
  • Experience at multidisciplinary company with gate/phase product life cycle and agile methodology is a plus
  • Experience with industry leading collaborative tools: Jira, Aha, , MS project ,Teams, Power BI , SharePoint
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and lead multiple matrix teams
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Independent, self-motivated, customer-oriented, creative, good team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
