Kornit Digital develops manufactures and markets industrial and commercial printing solutions for the Garment, Apparel, and Textile industries. The Demand Planner will oversee strategies and forecasting of all spare parts and consumables for the Kornit Digital Americas region, managing all customer demands, and creating a dynamic monthly forecast. They will work with customers and internal interfaces to record the level of stock, and orders as needed to ensure min/max inventory levels, kits, and high fulfillment rate. The Lead will report directly to the Director of Operations and have regular contact with Kornit’s Headquarters

Key Responsibilities:

• A key player in building strategy to forecast spare parts and consumables, short and long term. 

• Work with internal teams of Sales and Customer Success 

• Manage the supply of our high-value parts per an 18-month rolling forecast

• Creating safety stock for critical and recurrent parts usage while maintaining min/max levels for spare parts and kits

• Monitor levels of inventory defined by our internal stakeholders 

• Analyze the supply and demand for the region, for the best optimization of inventory levels with high accuracy

• Working with HQ to establish processes and communications to meet the goals of stability and long-term mitigation

• Monitor 1500 SKUs using the documented data to analyze supply and demand and make inventory projections that are on par with the forecast

• Anticipate pick season and future availability to ensure inventory levels are properly being managed

• Generate projections according to lead time and capacity constraints or limitations

• Run analysis using ERP system and deliver the required for purchasing

• Recommend viable solutions to reduce write off and increase efficiency with products turnover 

• Demonstrates ability to work with multiple stakeholders 

• Compiling status and performance reports for management 


• 3-5 years of product demand and planning in a machine/equipment-based industry 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Analytical skills

• High-level organizational skills, system-wide vision, ability to work independently, and a team player.

• Advanced Excel skills, required

• Power BI - desired

• A driven leader who thinks outside of the box

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Very organized and dedicated person
