Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

 

What will you do?

  • End to end responsibility for total customer experience (remotely or on site) – mostly related to installations, configuration, operation and training of Kornit solutions and applications
  • Provide exceptional customer experience via phone, email & onsite
  • Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise
  • Work closely with global service organization – product leaders, field service engineers, engineering and R&D
  • Represent the voice of the customer, to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized & resolved
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase article library

What Should you have?

  • Bachelor's the degree / Practical Engineer in the field of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering – a must
  • Willingness and availability to travel (upon need, 25%) and work night shifts – a must.
  • Passionate about technical problem solving, great troubleshooting skills and the ability to visualize problems remotely
  • Excellent Customer orientation, customer facing experience - an advantage
  • Adobe, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge - an advantage
  • An ability to work well under pressure and ambiguity
  • A quick learner, creative with a can-do attitude that can work independently or as a part of a team
  • A great communicator, verbally and in writing, English fluency – a must
