The Territory Manager is primarily responsible for: 

Developing and expanding the Kornit line of products and consumables to existing customers and developing new customer bases.

Our territory is the West Coast and you can work from home when you are not on travel.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Construct a territory business plan to reach the territory targets and revenue forecasts.

• Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports Company revenue and profit targets

• Identify new Customers and lead the process to bring them on board in full collaboration with Kornit management. 

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Kornit’s products and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell Kornit’s solutions to new and existing customers in an assigned territory.

• Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of Kornit products and services

• Contact all targeted accounts and develop sales from within this client base.

• Responsible for all lead follow-up and direct sales to prospective customers.

• Manage Sales Managers in the Territory and responsible for conflict resolution when needed

• Utilize Salesforce as the main database to record sales, activities, and updates to customers both pre and post-sale.

• Overcome objections from prospective customers.

• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs

• Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.

• Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs

• Continuously expand customer understanding and use Kornit’s product solutions and capabilities

• Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.

• Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue by cold calling.

• Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity that portray the company in a positive image.

• Manage call and sales activity to adequately cover the entire assigned territory in a time-efficient manner.

• Maintain accurate records, sales reports, database and expense reports.

• Attend Kornit tradeshows, presentation events, and seminars as needed to promote the Kornit brand.

• Regular visits to our North American office and some international travel will be required on occasion.

• Work directly with management and marketing to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Ability to clearly describe not only the product but the process on the telephone, with webinars and in-person


• Bachelor's Degree with a focus in sales or marketing or related field from an Accredited Institute.

• 8+ years of Business Development/Direct Sales experience at a mid to large organization.

• Previous experience with sales tools and lead generation methods.

• Demonstrated ROI analysis.

• Detail oriented, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn and to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth entrepreneurial environment.

• Previous experience utilizing a CRM tool (SalesForce preferred).

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Valid Passport and Driver's License (travel insurance is provided).

• Understanding of Computers; both hardware & software.

• High-level verbal and written presentation skills.

• Ability to act with a "sense of Urgency".

• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, key influencers and local associations.

• Self-starter with a hands-on approach.

• Willingness to travel in the USA and internationally as needed

Preferred but Not Required:

• Able to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings.

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently is an asset.

• Knowledge of RIP & Photoshop Applications.
