Business Transformation Leader (f/m/d) – Textile Industry

with experience in the challenges faced by fashion apparel and all other textile industry. 

Location: preferably Germany, home office

Under the general direction of and reporting to the Director DACH, the Business Transformation Leader primarily focuses on educating and selling the benefits of our software solutions and Roll- to Roll printing systems to Fashion and Apparel brands, Retailers, Licensors, and Fashion Market Places in the DACH region. Furthermore he/she explores other textile industry related opportunities from technical textile over home- textiles, furniture to automotive to leverage the potential of Kornit’s high- tech portfolio.

Your impact:

• Promoting, explaining, and selling on-demand business models to the entire textile industry focussing on our on-demand fulfilment strategy as well as our roll- to roll system
• Focus on solution selling and working as a consultant with customers and prospects
• Involved in both prospecting and developing relationships with existing customers
• Enable profound and lasting change for our customers through our on-demand business model
• Building detailed business cases for key stakeholders within target customers & prospects to deliver digital disruption
• Engaging the relevant specialist teams (Pre-Sales & Application Specialists) within our business to build end-to-end solutions for clients
• Overseeing the process from sale to implementation and beyond together with internal stakeholders
• Responsible for prioritizing opportunities to meet sales and transaction targets
• Initiate and participate in strategic discussions with decision makers on customer´s site to accelerate mid- to long term change in critical industry segments (eg. Print on Demand, fashion, furniture/home-textiles, technical textile and automotive)
